Adolfo henrique vieira ferreira has been leading the way in specialty coffee in brazil for some years now and pico mirante is his latest project. Our selection is a 100% bourbon natural lot picked from the highest form the highest elevation of the ‘lookout’.

Located above his beloved farm passieo the natural lots here are separeated by day lot and taken to be dried on african beds where air can circulate more easily around the coffee providing more even drying
