Roasters note:
This is a classical Brazilian coffee, sourced from the Cerrado Mineiro region. This coffee is best brewed as espresso, works well with or without milk. If you don't drink espresso, this still makes a great rich filter coffee. Expect the classic chocolate and hazelnut notes that are for the every day, easy drinking cup of coffee! This lot was sourced from Andrea Ribeiro Silva's farm Fazenda Aragão as part of the Café Delas Program. Café Delas was created to help women farmers access the resources, knowledge and voice they need to grow their operations to the fullest potential. Every Café Delas coffee is sourced 100% from women farmers and for every sale, a portion of the profit is reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in the field.
Brewed with me filter machine, and it was smooth, chocolatey and I got a subtle hint of orange.
