Colombia Gran Galope

The Gran Galope program was born from the desire to support small-scale producers subject to low market prices in the Inzá region on Cauca. Colombia boasts some of the most varied microclimates in the world, and this coffee from the Huila region highlights just that. Sourced from between 10 and 30 various smallholder farms, the cup contains a nice balance of sweetness with a fruity punch, on top of a foundation of cocoa and toffee. With Castillo, Caturra and Colombia varietals, this is a washed process coffee, which produces a winey profile, especially on pour over.
