Maria Genoveva’s farm, El Guayabito, is situated in Western Honduras (Corquín, Copán). At 1,450masl, she grows a variety of different coffees, but mainly Caturra. Thanks to the macerated washed processing, this coffee has lingering fresh notes of peach, supported by a well-rounded body.
Maria Genoveva’s lots have stood out this season against much of Copan’s coffee production, and were selected for this microlot project as a result.
