What if I don?t like my coffee?

Our personalised coffee subscription matches you to coffee that we think you?ll love but due to the huge variations in coffee flavours we can?t guarantee you will love them. We believe that exploring different coffees is fun and you will of course like some more than others.
?If you believe you have received a bad or unacceptable bag of coffee, don’t hesitate to contact us – Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm via email on: support@beanscoffeeclub.com

What does ?roasted to order? mean?

To ensure that your coffee reaches you in the best possible condition we only roast it after you?ve ordered it. When taking out a subscription we manage this ordering processes so the coffee is ordered and roasted as often as you would like (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
No one is ever sent old coffee or coffee which has been sat around.
Some other subscriptions advertise their coffee as ?Freshly roasted? but this can be up to a month old!!!
Please note that all roasters have their own roasting schedules, and most do not roast over the weekend. In all cases, however, roasters will ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. From there, most coffee takes about 2-3 days to be delivered which gives the coffee time to rest – just the right amount so that it is at its absolute best the day it arrives at your door.

How does gifting work?

If you would like to purchase a gift for someone you know who loves coffee then simply select which package you would like to purchase and we?ll do the rest. The recipient will receive an email informing them of their gift and they will get to login and select whether they would like whole or ground beans. We will send them a selection of the finest coffees to enjoy.

Can I change my subscription choices?

You can change your delivery frequency so if you took out a monthly subscription and find you are running out early then you can change to a fortnightly schedule.? We can also change your pricing tier, so if you are on standard and would like to change to exclusive then we can do that for you. Simply drop us an email and we’ll take care of it.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to change personal preferences. We are working hard to bring this feature to our customers in the future. If you would like to change your subscription choices then pls contact us so we can cancel your current subscription and help you setup a new one. Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm via email on: support@beanscoffeeclub.com

My coffee has not turned up?

Coffee doesn?t always ship on the day your order is placed ? so you may see a charge for your coffee and wonder why you haven?t received your coffee yet.
This is because all roasters have their own roasting schedules, and most do not roast over the weekend. In all cases, however, roasters will ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. From there, most coffee takes about 2-3 days to be delivered which gives the coffee time to rest – just the right amount so that it is at its absolute best the day it arrives at your door.
Example ? you may by on a weekly coffee schedule and last weeks coffee was ordered on a Tuesday, shipped the same day as the roaster was roasting that day so it arrived on Thursday. This week?s order will be placed on Tuesday but not be roasted until Thursday due to the roasting schedule, you might not get this coffee until Monday the following week.
To try and keep you up to date we will send you an email to confirm your order has been placed and another email so you know it has been shipped.

I just signed up to my personalised coffee subscription, when will I be billed?

You will be billed on the day you have subscribed and then either every 7 or 14 days if you chose weekly or fortnightly deliveries, or on the same day each month if you chose monthly.
Please note: although your order will be sent to a roaster on the same day of the week or month, it may ship at different times. This is because all roasters have their own roasting schedules, and most do not roast over the weekend. In all cases, however, roasters will process your order on the next roasting day and ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. From there, most coffee takes about 2-3 days to be delivered which gives the coffee time to rest – just the right amount so that it is at its absolute best the day it arrives at your door.

What are the different coffee tiers?

We have close to 150 coffees at around 50 different price points. To try and keep things simple and to provide a consistent experience we have separated the coffee into 2 different pricing tiers.

Standard tier: @ ?7.99 which will typically have a lot of the blends and the more common single origin coffees.
Deluxe tier: @ ?9.99 will still have some the amazing blends but also some of the rarer and more complex single origins.

The different pricing structure gives an entry point for customers who are new to speciality coffee or who prefer the fuller bodied coffees while also provided a pricing tier for those looking to explore the more delicate flavoured or slightly rarer coffees.
