My coffee has not turned up?

Coffee doesn?t always ship on the day your order is placed ? so you may see a charge for your coffee and wonder why you haven?t received your coffee yet.
This is because all roasters have their own roasting schedules, and most do not roast over the weekend. In all cases, however, roasters will ship your coffee within 24 hours of roasting. From there, most coffee takes about 2-3 days to be delivered which gives the coffee time to rest – just the right amount so that it is at its absolute best the day it arrives at your door.
Example ? you may by on a weekly coffee schedule and last weeks coffee was ordered on a Tuesday, shipped the same day as the roaster was roasting that day so it arrived on Thursday. This week?s order will be placed on Tuesday but not be roasted until Thursday due to the roasting schedule, you might not get this coffee until Monday the following week.
To try and keep you up to date we will send you an email to confirm your order has been placed and another email so you know it has been shipped.
