Everyone of our roasting partners ethically sources their coffees, with most working directly with the farmers. Specialty coffee is a premium product so its important to have full traceability through the supply chain. The prices paid to farmers are typically well above the Fair-trade pricing set to protect lower quality coffee products.
Every coffee is sent out in Beans Coffee Club packaging. By using our own pouches we ensure every delivery is letterbox friendly, recyclable and resealable, ensuring a consistent and convenient experience for our members
We ship via the Royal Mail on a 48 service. After roasting coffee requires a period of ‘resting’ which allows the release of gases from the beans and allows the flavours to develop, this additional delivery times allows for this and ensures you receive the coffee in peak condition.
Yes you can, at beans you can order coffee how and when you want. If you receive a coffee as part of the variety subscription which you really love simply pause your variety subscription and buy that coffee as a one off or even subscription just to that coffee at a frequency which suits you.
Yes you can, we offer different delivery frequencies. You can choose a new coffee to sent every 1, 2 3 or 4 weeks.
Yes, its super simple. Our Beans account allows you to pause or restart at any time. You can easily cancel too, we don’t ask you a million questions or make you call up.
