In 2011 Stu and Sarah quit their careers and went backpacking across the world. When they arrived in Melbourne, they instantly knew that they wanted to bring Aussie-style coffee to the UK. In 2012 they purchased a three-wheeled micro coffee van and pitched up on Canterbury Highstreet. In 2014 they introduced the Lost Sheep Coffee Pod. In 2017 the award-winning Speciality Coffee Roastery was opened in Whitstable Kent. In 2021 they opened The Lost Sheep Coffee and Kitchen next to the Cathedral in Canterbury. What a journey!
