Founders Kirby Sinclair and Wesley Cusick have decades of experience in the Aussie speciality coffee market and started The Roasting Party together. They roast together, laugh together, and play competitive sports together. They even have a dog! The Roasting Party is built on passion, friendships and trust. At the heart of The Roasting Party, you will find them promoting strong relationships with traders and combining knowledge to strategically select high-quality green coffee to complement their unique roasting style. They endeavour to develop their baristas through our extensive TRP training program and SCA courses.
