A really versatile single origin which works well as a filter as well as an espresso. We buy our Brazilian Coffee direct from a farm in the Sul de Minas regain of Brazil, Mió. We found Ana from Mió farms after a lot of hard work in the search for a sustainable farm that we could work with the create a great product with full traceability. "At Mió we believe that there is a home for all coffee, all coffee is treated as specialty coffee right from the beginning. All coffee is 100% traceable and respected. All coffee has a market and should be enjoyed and treated as great coffee, and it is our ongoing mission to find wonderful roastery partners that share our visions" At the end of 2021 during the pandemic we started playing with a 2 bean blend, which got even more attention, due to the changes in coffee prices and import costs we have made the decision to reinvent our No 1 blend which has lead to No 1.2 being born. We have kept this as close to our original as possible with some fine tuning of our amazing Ugandan and Brazilian Beans. This coffee is a  versatile blend of beans, a perfect all rounder. No matter what your brew method is this will work for you. Excellent as a full bodied espresso and taste amazing with milk.
