We started with a beautiful Colombian washed coffee and paired it with the award-winning Duppy Share Spiced rum. The green beans are soaked in the rum for 30 days, allowing them to take on the characteristics of the rum, with Pineapple, Kola nut and Island spice notes. The beans are then roasted medium - dark which removes 100% of the alcohol content but ensures that the complex flavours and unmistakable aromas of the dark rum remains. A bold and extraordinary coffee and must have for rum lovers and coffee lovers alike.
