Guadalupe

Guadelupe is a town and municipality in central huila. The huila region is well known for its coffee quality, but also for being the first historical department in colombia to begin coffee production.

Roaster note: This lot was fully washed with a 38 hour dry fermentation after de-pulping. After thorough washing the coffee is shade dried under a marquee for around 16 days, protecting the coffee from moisture and sun damage while achieving constant airflow and temperature to facilitate a stable drying process.

The resulting cup delivers the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
