Guatemalan Rabanales – Espresso

This farm is one of the few that is still located within the limits of Guatemala City. Finca Rabanales has been in the Ventura family for five generations, Don Gregorio Zamora originally planting coffee in 1894. From the beginning, the Ventura’s have been guided by their commitment to producing high quality coffee,something that has been passed on to each generation. Rafael & Maria Elena currently manage the farm, with Rafael focusing on agronomy & Maria Elena supporting cupping & quality control.

Since 2014, our importing partners, Coffee Bird have bought coffee from them every year & helped them to expand into the speciality market.
